Mission of the Position
The Network Systems Administrator will oversee the redesign and maintenance of networks across 26+ locations, ensuring business continuity through troubleshooting and resolving network issues. They will manage on-prem hosted servers, liaise with ISPs and vendors, and provide secondary support for Level 1 break-fix tickets. This role requires expertise in routing, switching, network security, and network infrastructure management.
Job Responsibilities
- Planning and designing an overhaul of our networks for 26+ locations across the country
- Troubleshooting network outages and performance issues to ensure business continuity
- Maintenance of our on-prem hosted servers
- Act as a point of contact for ISP’s and vendors
- Outside of network administration, you are also expected to be a secondary POC for L1 break-fix tickets

Hiring Criteria
- Must be highly familiar with routing and switching fundamentals - IP subnetting, VLANs, VPN’s, DDNS etc.
- Knowledge of best practices for maintaining network level security, as well as its implementations in a production network
- Proven knowledge and experience maintaining and troubleshooting IP PBX systems
- Practical experience setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting SOHO networks and up.
- CCNA or relevant certifications are advantageous
