Is there a delivery fee for orders within Singapore?
Delivery is Free of Charge within Singapore only.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery is scheduled based on the earliest availability. The projected delivery timeline is between 10–14 working days.
What are the operating hours for delivery?
Our delivery service operates from Monday–Sunday between 9:30am – 6pm, with the exception of public holidays.
How will I know when my delivery is scheduled?
The customer will be contacted by the delivery team to confirm the delivery date and time.
Where will the delivery team place the instrument in my building, and are there additional charges for special arrangements?
The instrument(s) shall be delivered only to the ground floor or lift level of any house/apartment block. Any other arrangement may result in an additional charge, which Aureus Pianos will notify the Customer; additional charges may apply for staircase moving.
Is there a fee for rescheduling the delivery time or location, and how much notice do I need to give?
There will be an admin fee of S$50 for rescheduling of delivery time/location if it is requested within at least 48 hours before the confirmed delivery slot.
