Q: Will customers be able to choose their preferred
Piano model for the rental?
A: Yes, there is an option to choose the preferred model in the agreement form but the model selected is subject to availability and may not be the final instrument received (comparable models).
Q: Can Aureus customers continue their rental, even if
they withdraw lessons at Aureus?
A: Definitely. There will be changes to the rental rate, moving and tuning fee.
Q: Are accessories included in the rental?
A: Basic accessories like piano bench or drum throne are included in the rental. For hygiene purposes, headphones are not provided. However, all sets come with universal headphone jacks that you can use.
Q: What distinguishes the Classic and Premium packages?
A: Premium Piano package consists of advance Japanese and German models with exceptional sound quality. Classic Piano package includes studio-grade pianos with various established brands.
Process
Q: How does the rental process work?
A: It's simple! Choose a plan, fill out the rental form, and enjoy prompt delivery.
Q: Can I switch between packages?
A: Certainly! Upgrade your piano as you progress. Let us know when you are ready, and we will assist with the exchange.
Q: Will I be charged when providing card details in the
Terms and Conditions form?
A: No, the card details are only for registration and future billing purposes. Customers will receive a confirmation message before any charges, once the delivery date has been confirmed.
Q: Is there a Rent-to-Own option?
A: Absolutely! Found the perfect piano, contact us to find out more details to own it.
Q: What if I wish to terminate/end the package?
A: We require an advance notice via email. Our team will contact you to finalise and confirm your package without any hidden charges.
Q: What happens to the deposit upon terminating my
rental package?
A: The deposit will be refunded to the initial card once the instrument is returned in good working condition.
Maintenance
Q: Are maintenance and tuning included?
A: Rental of Upright Pianos come with heavily discounted tuning rate. All pianos need to be tuned biannually with us!
Q: What can I do when they face some issues with the instrument?
A: Connect via WhatsApp, or email, or visit any of our 20+ Islandwide centers!
Q: What happens if the instrument gets damaged?
A: For major damages such as water spillage, contact us, and we will guide you through the process.
Q: Should I tune the rental piano with an external tuner?
A: We have our appointed piano tuner to maintain the piano. Contact us and enjoy the discounted rate for the piano tuning.
Q: What happens if customer is moving house during
the rental period?
A: We have our appointed logistic specialist to handle the delivery for you. Contact us and enjoy the discounted rate for the moving fee.
Q: Can I rent for a specific event?
A: We offer day/short-term rentals for events. Share with us the details, and we will assist you with the best option.
